- Set up the right tools to get the data & have the automation tools in place
- Find the best candidates quickly & in an affordable way
- Get the right data from the candidates so they don’t have to do too much work to apply, but you can disqualify them easily to narrow down the ideal group
- Have an efficient & appealing test to give the candidates to narrow down the search
- Create a plan to test multiple candidates on real projects at the same time, to find which one that fits best for your team
